MZR Tech Solution Sdn. Bhd. — formerly MZR Indah Enterprise — is a Malaysian technology company that designs and builds IT solutions for enterprises and government. Incorporated in 2016 and headquartered in Shah Alam, Selangor, we rebranded in 2025 to reflect a broader focus on enterprise technology.

Our core business is building the systems organisations run on: custom software, system integration and digital platforms. Around that core we deliver a full technology capability — digital transformation, enterprise AI, and corporate and technical training. We build the technology enterprises depend on, and we train the people who use it, so the tools we deliver actually take hold.

More than 25 years across telecommunications and mission-critical technology. Hisham has commissioned OSS, BSS and value-added-services platforms for operators worldwide — including Celcom and Maxis in Malaysia, Satelindo in Indonesia and Vodafone across Europe — alongside nationwide e-learning platforms and data centres in Saudi Arabia, broadband and ISP infrastructure, and enterprise, blockchain and payment-aggregation systems. A former CEO, he pairs deep engineering delivery with business strategy and corporate finance, and sets MZR's technical direction.

Abd Razak Abd Hamid

Information Architect
BSc Computer Science / Mathematics · Indiana State University, USA

A veteran technologist with over 20 years in enterprise IT, spending much of his career as an information architect designing the data and systems backbones of large, complex organisations. His experience spans global multinationals including Dell and Schlumberger (SLB), across high-scale, mission-critical environments. At MZR, he leads the information and data architecture behind the company's platforms.

An enterprise solutions specialist with 6+ years designing and delivering large-scale business systems — including a worldwide supply-chain platform for Fortune 500 semiconductor manufacturer onsemi, and, in financial services, a corporate loan system and e-KYC solution for AEON. At MZR he leads solution design across client engagements, turning complex requirements into secure, scalable architectures.
